Dielectric Laboratories was acquired by Dover Corporation which was then spun off into a standalone, publicly traded company known as Knowles Corporation in 2013. Knowles offers acoustic components, including MEMs microphones, speakers, receivers and transducers, as well as communication infrastructure components.
